TMBC's Regulation 18 Local Plan
Tonbridge and Malling Borough Council (TMBC) is developing a Local Plan that includes a vision for the place we would like Tonbridge and Malling to be by 2040 and will respond positively to our assessed needs and priorities. THe Local Plan will provide greater certainty for how the borough will grow and evolve, resulting in more local control over what happens. We value your input to ensure it reflects the place you would like Tonbridge and Malling borough to be.
